1. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. Your session is not confirmed until this deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due at the end of your session, before any edits, finals, or session files (RAW/PSD files) are released to your galleries.
• We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Tardiness & No-Shows

• Billing begins exactly at your scheduled start time, regardless of when you or your party arrive. If you arrive 1 hour late to a 4-hour session, you will still be billed for the full 4 hours, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
• If you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, your deposit is forfeited, and you may be blocked from booking future sessions.

2. Studio Rules & Etiquette

To ensure a safe, creative, and professional environment for all clients and staff, the following rules apply while inside MLP VISUALS premises:

• Guest Limit: Clients are permitted a maximum of 4 guests per session. Any additional guests must be approved by the studio manager in advance.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the shooting bays and dressing rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the facility.
• Food & Drink: Food and drinks must be kept away from the cameras, lighting equipment, and lenses. Covered beverages are permitted on designated side tables only.
• Damage to Equipment: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to studio equipment, cameras, or facilities caused by themselves or their guests due to negligence or failure to follow studio team instructions.

3. File Storage & Galleries

MLP VISUALS provides a secure, cloud-based dashboard (Galleries) for you to access your proofs, edited images, finals, and RAW batches.

• Retention Period: Heavy session files (layered PSD files, RAW batches, full-resolution exports) are stored on our active servers for 6 months following the date of your session.
• Archival: After 6 months, large files are subject to deletion from our servers to manage storage capacity. Final galleries and edited images (JPG/TIFF) will remain in your galleries indefinitely, provided your account remains active.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client's sole responsibility to download and maintain personal backups of all session files and RAW batches within the 6-month window. MLP VISUALS is not liable for data loss once the retention period has expired.

4. Intellectual Property & Credits

• Ownership: The client retains 100% ownership of the copyright and final images produced during the session, provided all outstanding balances to MLP VISUALS have been paid in full.
• Photography Credits: When publishing images shot, edited, or retouched at our facility, appropriate credits must be given to the respective MLP VISUALS photographer (e.g., "Shot by Alex G. at MLP VISUALS Studio").
• Promotional Use: MLP VISUALS reserves the right to use the client's name and snippets of the work (once publicly released) for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a strict NDA is signed prior to the session.

5. Modifications to Terms

MLP VISUALS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or an alert in the Client Dashboard. Continued use of the studio after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
