SMS / Text Messaging Program

1. How to Opt In

You opt in to the MLP VISUALS text messaging program by checking the unchecked consent box on the booking form or during account sign-up at mlpvisuals.com. The box reads:

I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and consent to receive account & booking text messages from MLP VISUALS. Approx. 2-6 msgs per booked session. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

The box is unchecked by default, and the form cannot be submitted until you check it. Checking the box is how you provide your consent.

2. What We Send

We send only transactional, account-related text messages, including:

Booking confirmations
Schedule changes
Session reminders
Deposit and payment notifications

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 2-6 messages per booked session (typically under ~15/month).

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].

6. Privacy of Your Number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the transactional messages described above, and with no one else.
